Your duties:

• Preparation of a production plan, taking into account capacity, the availability of materials, plus cost and efficiency factors
• Incorporating amendments into the production plan at short notice
• Ensuring that the necessary capacity is available in consultation with other departments, in terms of technical measures and staff availability
• Planning, controlling and monitoring manufacturing orders, also with regard to delivery deadlines
• Optimising planning processes
• Schedule planning in collaboration with our order processing department
• Master data maintenance in the planning systems we use (ERP system)

What we are looking for:

• Graduate of a technical college or successful completion of at least three years of vocational training in an associated subject plus several years of professional experience in a relevant field as well as additional training in a specialist field
• Relevant practical professional experience is required in the fields of production planning or capacity planning
• Basic understanding of technical matters
• Good knowledge of problem-solving and analytical techniques
• Sound knowledge of the latest MS Office applications and experience in the use of ERP systems
• Business-fluent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Self-reliant and structured approach to work
• Analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to communicate with others; flexible approach
• Good communication and cooperation skills, team spirit, resilience, commitment to the task in hand
