Ardelt is a company with great tradition. Founded in 1902, the Ardelt works manufactured slewing cranes, mobile cranes and railway cranes as well as portal cranes already in the 1930ies. We are specialised in designing and manufacturing highly efficient slewing cranes and gantry cranes. We are the world market leader in the field of double jib level luffing cranes.

We are looking at short notice for an employee with the following qualification:



Your duties:

  • Error diagnosis, detection of defects, clarification of cause of defects and finding solutions/making decisions for their elimination according to general guidelines
  • Repairs, conversions, modernisations, optimisation of controls on in-house and external systems
  • Customer advice, preparation of protocol documentation
  • Accident prevention tests
  • Coordination of material supply and external personnel at construction sites
  • Instruction of crane personnel at home and abroad, service training
  • Independent decisions on warranty cases

What we are looking for:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a manufacturing/industrial/ construction/engineer or comparable training
  • Good knowledge of the use of technical documentation
  • Confident use of standard MS Office applications and experience in using ERP systems
  • Good written and spoken English, other foreign languages advantageous (e.g. Russian)
  • Willingness to travel, comfortable working at height
  • Quick comprehension and structured working methods
  • Communication, cooperation and teamwork skills, independent working style, resilience, pro-activity and flexibility
